Who runs Pichkari Vibes?
Pichkari Vibes started with two moms bringing color and joy through jewelry. Today, it is run by one founder — a passionate mompreneur and IT professional who curates every piece with care and heart. Are all your products handcrafted?
We curate our pieces from trusted artisans and suppliers. While we do not manufacture in-house, every product is carefully selected for quality and festive appeal.
Will my jewellery look exactly like the photos online?
We showcase our pieces in natural light to highlight their true beauty. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our jewelry is made from high-quality imitation materials. Most pieces are skin-friendly, but we recommend a patch test if you have metal sensitivities.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Razorpay. You can pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, or popular digital wallets.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery takes 5–7 working days across India, depending on your location.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we ship across India. For special international requests, please email us at pichkarivibes@gmail.com.
What are your shipping charges?

What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
