1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

    Order Processing and Shipping:

    • Pichkari Vibes partners with trusted logistics providers to ensure orders are handled carefully and delivered on time.
    • All products are packaged carefully to ensure they reach the customer in perfect condition.
    • Orders are typically processed and packed within 2–3 business days.
    • Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and is usually 3–7 business days within India.
    • Delays caused by natural calamities, national emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond the control of Pichkari Vibes.
    • If a product is not delivered within 15 business days, the customer may cancel the order for a full refund. Refunds/Replacements for non-delivery are subject to verification with the logistics provider.

    Delivery Charges

    • Free delivery for orders above ₹1,499
    • Delivery charges for orders below ₹1,499:
      • Gurgaon: ₹60
      • Rest of India: ₹100

    Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • COD is available for orders of ₹500 and above.
    • COD charge: ₹50.

2. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

    Pichkari Vibes values every customer and aims to provide a hassle-free experience for first-time and returning buyers.


    Report Window

    • The report window starts from the date of delivery.
    • To initiate a return or replacement, the customer must inform Pichkari Vibes via email at pichkarivibes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    • After notifying Pichkari Vibes, the customer must provide a clear, continuous, unedited video of the product and packaging via WhatsApp.
    • Claims received after 48 hours may not be accepted.

    Returns

    A. Change of Mind

    • Pichkari Vibes arranges pickup after deducting a nominal pickup fee of ₹50 from the order value.
    • Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive a coupon code instead of a refund of order value. In this case, the pickup fee is waived. The coupon is valid for one year and for one-time use only.
    • Conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Products purchased on deep discounts, clearance, or special offers are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

    B. Damaged or Defective Products

    • Pichkari Vibes arranges free pickup for all customers.
    • Products must be in original and unused condition (except for damage occurring during delivery).
    • After verification, Pichkari Vibes either replaces the product (based on availability) or issues a refund equal to the value of the damaged product.

    Refunds

    • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and verified.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a coupon code, based on the customer’s preference. Coupon codes are valid for one year and for one-time use only.
    • Refunds or coupon codes are issued within 3–5 working days after verification.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Replacement Options

    • Customers may request a replacement product, subject to availability.
    • Pichkari Vibes bears the shipping cost for delivering a replacement for a damaged product. In case the customer does not like the product and a replacement is requested; delivery charges may apply (please refer to the Returns section).
    • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • The original product is picked up within 1–2 days after the request for replacement is raised.
    • Once the original product is received and verified by Pichkari Vibes, the replacement product is shipped to the customer.
    • Replacement delivery is typically completed within 3–5 working days after collection and verification of the original product.
    • Any price difference for the replacement product is charged or credited to the customer, as applicable.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled only if not shipped.
    • To cancel, the customer must inform Pichkari Vibes via email at pichkarivibes@gmail.com.
    • Orders cancelled before shipping are refunded/processed as a credit note valid for one year.
    • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
    • Pre-orders and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    • This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
    • Any disputes arising in relation to this Policy, the use of the website, or purchase of products are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
