Delivery Policy
For delivery within India.
- For Gurgaon: Delivery charges are ₹60, with free shipping on orders above ₹1499.
- For the rest of India: Delivery charges are ₹100, with free shipping on orders above ₹1499.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, usually ranging between 3-7 business days.
We carefully package all our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Any delays caused by natural calamities, national emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns, as each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged product, please provide an unedited unboxing video as proof within 1 day of delivery to process any claims. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by emailing us at pichkarivibes@gmail.com.
- For orders cancelled before shipping, only a credit note will be issued (no refunds).
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Pre-orders and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
No refunds or exchanges for:
- Custom orders or pre-orders.
- Used or damaged items post-delivery.
- Minor differences in color/texture due to screen settings or craftsmanship.
Refunds are only applicable for lost shipments or in cases you receive wrong or damaged item. If you receive wrong or damaged item, inform us within 2 days of delivery, please provide an unedited unboxing video as proof for resolution.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed for product value only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
